I have multiple computers; can I use RegGenie™ on all of them?
Yes. You will however need a separate license for each computer you want to register RegGenie™ on. You can purchase as many licenses as you need and can get details here.
What operating systems does RegGenie™ work on?
RegGenie™ is compatible with all versions of Windows OS, including Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10. However, the registry defrag feature is only available on 7, Vista, and XP.
How do I register RegGenie™?
Registering RegGenie™ can be easily done with a click of a button. After you install RegGenie™ on your PC, open the program. When the program opens you will find the "Register" button on the top of the main screen. Click "Register" and simply enter your license code into the box that appears.
I have purchased the software but have not received my license code.
After purchasing RegGenie™ a confirmation email is immediately sent to your email address containing your license code. If you do not see the confirmation email check any junk mail or spam mail folders in your email program in case the message was caught by spam or junk filters.
